Joshua Gilbert

As CFO, Joshua Gilbert oversees comprehensive financial operations across multiple portfolios. Joshua directs all aspects of fund administration, including investor reporting, compliance monitoring, fund accounting, tax strategy, and audit coordination, while providing strategic counsel to managing members on critical business decisions.

Previously, Joshua held dual CFO / CCO roles at leading venture firms: Freestyle Capital, Bedrock Capital, and Lerer Hippeau Ventures, where he built and scaled financial infrastructure for high-growth investment portfolios. 

Joshua began his career at Anchin, specializing in alternative investments with a focus on audit, tax, and fund administration, before advancing at Schwartz & Co., where he led the financial services and their outsourced CFO practice.
