A critical time to invest into maritime, ports, and logistics.
Why Now
For decades, the infrastructure that moves the world’s goods was treated as someone else’s problem. Ports, shipping lanes, inland waterways, and freight corridors were under built, under-digitized and largely ignored by venture capital.
That era is over.
The U.S. government has just declared maritime and logistics a national security priority. The Maritime Action Plan, the most ambitious attempt to revitalize the sector since The Merchant Marine Act of 1936, has put shipbuilding, port infrastructure, workforce, and fleet expansion at the center of federal economic policy. The plan explicitly calls for sweeping investments in AI, autonomy, and advanced vessel technologies.
This monumental change requires new thinkers and players who can adapt quickly and facilitate this landmark shift.

Value Proposition
We believe real partnership shows up in execution, not just capital. From the moment we invest, we focus on the work that actually moves the business: opening the right doors, bringing in the right people, and helping founders reshape an industry ripe for change.
